Warehouse Associate – Shipping, Receiving & Inventory

About the Job

Metropolitan Supply is a growing automotive parts distributor with a fast-paced, multi-channel warehouse operation supporting multiple sales channels. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team and help keep our shipping, receiving, and inventory operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Receive incoming inventory shipments, verify counts against packing slips/POs, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for multiple sales channels accurately and on schedule.
Maintain accurate inventory records, including cycle counts and stock location tracking.
Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse layout.
Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, hand truck, box cutters, etc.) safely.
Communicate stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or reorder needs to management.
Assist with general warehouse organization and other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with part numbers and SKUs.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for extended periods.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills (inventory software, order/shipping platforms) is a plus, but not required.
Automotive parts knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Online marketplace knowledge is a plus, but not required.
